You will provide on-site deskside and OSS/FSO technical support for end users across multiple locations in Hicksville, NY. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and AV equipment. You will own the full lifecycle of service requests, from initial diagnosis and ticketing to resolution and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs. You will also handle infrastructure administration tasks, including OS imaging, Azure/Intune management, and Active Directory user support. This role requires travel to remote sites, availability for on-call weekend/holiday support, and the use of a personal vehicle.
