Description

You provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network services, ensuring operational efficiency for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software to resolve user issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues when required.
• Manage incident and request tickets in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
• Perform IT procurement and coordinate local vendors for services like network cabling.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of direct technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow for ticket management.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT service delivery fundamentals.
• Competency in troubleshooting user issues and replacing hardware components.
• Familiarity with Computer Science and Data Management concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze problems to identify root causes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining detailed records of IT issues and resolutions.
