Description

You will resolve inbound technical issues for High-Speed Internet and voice customers while supporting field operations.

Responsibilities

• Aid field technicians in restoring services via ONT changes, activations, and provisioning.
• Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect orders to engineering or support teams.
• Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify order or assignment errors.
• Maintain and provision logical inventory in critical systems for voice and data services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or field operations.
• Troubleshooting connectivity and service issues.
• IT hardware support and computer repair.
• Technical support for internet and voice services.
• Experience working with fiber and copper facilities.
• Ability to manage service provisioning and logical inventory.
