Description

Resolve inbound technical issues for High-Speed Internet and voice customers while supporting field operations.

You will aid field technicians in restoring services via ONT changes, activations, and provisioning. Assign facilities, correct service orders, and redirect orders to engineering or support teams. Reroute tickets to relevant departments to rectify order or assignment errors. Maintain and provision logical inventory in critical systems for voice and data services.

• Troubleshooting connectivity and service issues.
• IT hardware support and computer repair.

• Experience working with fiber and copper facilities.
• Ability to manage service provisioning and logical inventory.
