Description

You will manage financial operations and budget analysis for the PIT division in Atlanta.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute program analysis including planning, budgeting, funds allocation, and accounts management.
• Monitor spending against approved board authority and vendor contracts.
• Analyze budget variances and prepare regular, special, and variance scorecard reports.
• Process vendor invoices and verify payment activity.
• Maintain documentation and records to ensure compliance with internal controls and requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically using Lookups and Pivot tables.
• Strong data analysis capabilities.
• Proven accounts management experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
