Description

Manage IT financial processes, budget tracking, and month-end close activities for the Raleigh, NC location.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close tasks, including accrual and intercompany reclass entry preparation.
• Perform budget vs. actuals (BvA) analysis and update budget files with actual spend.
• Prepare and present financial packages to leadership.
• Manage purchase order lifecycles, ensuring GL account consistency and proper filtering.
• Reconcile Construction in Progress reports and coordinate with vendors on CAPEX reclasses.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end (E2E) financial processes.
• Background in Finance and Accounting principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cost owners and PMP teams on budget planning.
• Maintain contract data, including term dates, associated POs, and spend types.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Project Management expertise.
