Description

You will provide technical IT support functions across multiple domains including applications development, networking, website support, or IT administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT duties across at least two technical areas such as network administration, web support, or application development.
• Recommend and coordinate hardware and software procurement to align with strategic IT plans.
• Implement and maintain system security standards, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct security audits, review event logs, and investigate resource access control problems.
• Develop original training materials and instruct users on information security threats and resource usage.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects and monitor contractor performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical IT support or administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques.
• Understanding of database concepts.
• Knowledge of software testing methods.
• Experience with network support, systems integration, or application development.
• Ability to perform risk assessment analysis and support continuity of government planning.
• Competency in technical writing and documentation.
