Provide technical IT support, administration, and security management within a networked environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical duties in applications development, networking, and website support.
• Implement, administer, and maintain system security standards and policies.
• Investigate and resolve end-user security and resource access control issues.
• Recommend and coordinate hardware and software procurement aligned with strategic plans.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and documentation for end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical IT support or administration.
• Proficiency in Web Specialist functions.
• Experience in Applications Development.
• Ability to manage IT continuity of government plans and risk assessment analysis.
• Competency in systems integration and installation.
• Experience with security assessment, audit reviews, and enforcement.
• Capability to provide technical writing and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to research and analyze industry technologies relative to the environment.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for existing and proposed IT projects.
