Description

You will align IT investments with enterprise business goals through rigorous governance, compliance oversight, and technical documentation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance documents, policies, guidelines, and IIMS.
• Translate complex technical and compliance concepts into clear documentation and technical briefings.
• Oversee IT audit inquiry and remediation processes by coordinating with auditors, developers, and IT leadership.
• Manage requirements submission and execution for the Audit Kanban to ensure defined scope and detail.
• Provide input for the augmentation of governance models for critical ITD processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT Governance and Compliance standards.
• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, and policy documentation.
• 7+ years of experience in process modeling using Microsoft Visio.
• 7+ years of experience using Power BI.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Planner and SharePoint Online.
• 3+ years of experience in business writing and delivering executive-centered presentations.
• Proven experience in drafting technical briefings and reports.
• Knowledge of general IT audit and compliance response processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile Project Management environments.
