Manage IT governance frameworks and risk management processes within a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify, assess, and manage IT risks across the technology landscape.
• Lead preparation for IT audits and regulatory examinations, providing documentation and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with auditors and regulators to address findings and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Monitor and report on IT risk management activities to senior management and the board of directors.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in IT governance or risk management within the financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements impacting the banking sector.
• Practical experience managing front-line IT risks.
• Knowledge of COBIT and ITIL frameworks.
• Proven ability to work directly with auditors and regulators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• CISA, CRISC, or CGEIT certifications.
