Description

You will provide Level 1 IT support and technical assistance to users.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and information requests in a call center environment.
  • Resolve technical issues related to desktop support and software applications.
  • Provide direct assistance with Microsoft Office Suite and operating system troubleshooting.

Required Skills

  • Minimum six months of IT Level 1 support experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments.
  • Hands-on desktop support capabilities.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills

  • 1+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician.
  • Vocational or Technical degree in computer applications or computer technology.
  • Knowledge of Apple iOS.
