You will provide Level 1 IT support and technical assistance to users.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and information requests in a call center environment.
- Resolve technical issues related to desktop support and software applications.
- Provide direct assistance with Microsoft Office Suite and operating system troubleshooting.
Required Skills
- Minimum six months of IT Level 1 support experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 environments.
- Hands-on desktop support capabilities.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience as a Helpdesk Technician.
- Vocational or Technical degree in computer applications or computer technology.
- Knowledge of Apple iOS.
