You will diagnose and resolve moderately complex computer, application, and hardware issues to minimize service interruptions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve moderately complex computer problems.
• Use operating system software commands to troubleshoot hardware and peripheral issues.
• Research and resolve moderately complex technical errors.
• Report malfunctions and abnormal situations to management.
• Communicate technical solutions effectively to customers and personnel at all levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot application and hardware/peripheral issues.
• Proficiency using operating system software commands for problem resolution.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
