Description

Act as the central point of contact for technical issues, managing incidents and requests within defined service levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive all tickets to closure on time and document interactions via phone, web, or walk-in.
• Manage Active Directory user activities as a day-to-day task.
• Report major outages to management and provide updates on service status.
• Provide floor support and assist team members with daily technical requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.
• Proficiency in Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Services.
• Experience with MS Office applications.
• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Experience providing floor support and assisting teams with daily activities.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• MCP certification.
