Description

Provide technical support and manage hardware lifecycles for end users in Golden, CO.

You will own desktop imaging, asset inventory, and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Image and prepare desktop equipment during annual refreshes.
• Manage hardware assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Resolve technical issues via phone and in-person service.
• Document and track all technical issues using an IT ticketing system.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in Business or Information Technology.
• Experience with desktop computer imaging and preparation.
• Proficiency using an IT ticketing system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage assets and track equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Local to Golden, CO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow for incident, request, and asset management.
• Prior experience as a Systems Administrator-Associate or Help Desk Coordinator-Intermediate.
