Description

You will provide technical support and manage hardware logistics for end-users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and install software applications on laptops, conducting tests to ensure compatibility.
• Manage laptop logistics, including secure packaging, shipping, and documentation for tracking.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to provide prompt technical support to end-users.
• Act as the first line of defense to prevent illicit activities that could compromise laptop security.
• Generate weekly reports summarizing IT support activities and analyze data to identify improvement trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall IT support experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working within a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to provide support outside of regular working hours.
• Experience in efficient IT support operations.
