Description

Lead the desktop support team and manage IT infrastructure projects on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Supervise the IT services team to maintain client infrastructure and end-user computing systems. Lead full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Manage client interactions, handle escalations, and serve as the primary contact for customer queries. Conduct root cause analysis on infrastructure problems and develop mitigation and service improvement plans. Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports regarding incident and change management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the IT services team to maintain client infrastructure and end-user computing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles, progressing from Desktop Engineer to Desktop Manager or Project Manager.
• 3-5 years of direct project management experience.
• Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure Cloud, Networking, and End User Computing.
• Understanding of information security and application support.
• Proven experience in client interaction and handling escalations.
• Experience with industry-standard tools for incident and change management.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
