Description

Provide on-site desktop and technical support for users in Elmwood, LA, including Windows OS imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and Ethernet wiring infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems.
• Resolve hardware and software issues within the Windows OS environment.
• Support users remotely using Remote Desktop software.
• Install and manage Ethernet wiring infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of current Microsoft Windows desktop OS and related software.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Experience with Remote Desktop software.
• Experience with Windows OS imaging and configuration.
• Hands-on experience installing Ethernet wiring.
• Any Graduate degree.
