Description

Manage technical operations and support for the Oracle Payroll ERP system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit issues raised regarding the Oracle Payroll system.
• Handle L1 and L2 support activities for Oracle Payroll.
• Present projects during CAB and PMO calls.
• Manage interfaces between Oracle Payroll and other integrated applications.
• Resolve technical issues using knowledge of Oracle Payroll back-end tables.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience with Oracle Payroll ERP or similar SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on technical experience with Oracle Payroll.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Working knowledge of Oracle back-end tables.
• Understanding of application interfaces and data integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multi-tasking in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate education.
