Description

You will manage identity and access management (IAM) operations, serving as the primary point of contact for security inquiries and escalations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IAM ticket queue by prioritizing, assigning, and following up according to established SLOs.
• Handle access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks across the entire account management lifecycle.
• Facilitate quarterly attestation processes and other required periodic security audits.
• Create and manage roles to support the onboarding of new applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify defects, bugs, or enhancements, and coordinate UAT for deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT roles with a focus on IT security and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (OIM).
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Active Roles.
• Experience managing identities within Azure environments.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of IAM policy, processes, and security controls.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation of IAM procedures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Workday integration.
