You will manage and scale identity and access management solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own identity lifecycle management and governance processes using tools like MIM, SailPoint, Saviynt, or ForgeRock.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions involving Active Directory and Azure integrations.
• Administer Microsoft services including Exchange, O365, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop automation scripts to increase system efficiency and reliability.
• Document systems management and compliance procedures for regulated GxP environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (PAM, ILM, IGM).
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• 8+ years of experience in DDI, networking, firewall, server, and cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Windows PowerShell scripts.
• Proficiency with IAM protocols including SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and MFA.
• Experience with VDS and identity technologies across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell, Perl, Python, or .NET.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting symptoms and resolving technical issues.
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing authentication and authorization requirements in large-scale, diverse enterprises.
