Description

You will manage and maintain Microsoft-based client and server environments while providing global user support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft client and server systems.
• Monitor and manage Active Directory and Office 365 tenants.
• Manage Exchange Online and endpoint protection solutions.
• Handle software distribution and provide worldwide user support.
• Own additional IT infrastructure and security tasks based on expertise.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
• Experience managing Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment administration.
• Ability to configure and manage endpoint protection solutions.
• Formal training as a computer scientist or equivalent technical knowledge.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Proven ability to work independently and focus on high-quality results.
