Description

Manage IT infrastructure projects and provide ongoing maintenance and support across the EMEA region, with a focus on Paris, France.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, procure, configure, and install IT delivery for new location openings, including network connectivity and rack installations.
• Resolve server and network infrastructure issues within the EU to minimize retail business impact.
• Manage hardware refreshes, server and network rack updates, and office relocations.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and manage onsite cabling and access points.
• Provide level 1 support via face-to-face interaction, remote desktop, and basic POS assistance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and RADIUS.
• Proficiency with Cisco IOS.
• Experience configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ability to manage hardware support for workstations, laptops, and printers.
• Experience with onsite cabling and network connectivity installation.
• Ability to support payment terminal infrastructure and software deployment.
