Description

Lead IT infrastructure and Identity and Access Management operations to align technical strategy with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Identity and Access Management and Server Infrastructure staff.
• Oversee daily IT infrastructure and access management operations.
• Plan support for new technologies, wireless systems, network performance, and reliability.
• Coordinate statewide network operations and advise management on security and architecture best practices.
• Resolve end-user hardware and software network problems within established timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and network operations management.
• Expertise in server operating systems and Windows roles: DNS, Group Policies, Active Directory, DHCP, and ADFS.
• Experience managing service levels for data and voice networking equipment and advanced phone systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to translate technical specifications into language for non-technical staff.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in high-pressure emergency situations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with statewide network coordination.
• Background in wireless system implementation.
