You define and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of infrastructure solutions across Windows, Linux (RHEL), and VMware platforms.
• Drive migration planning, including dependency analysis, connectivity requirements, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead server Go-Live planning and execution, ensuring readiness, validation, and post-deployment stability.
• Manage high-priority infrastructure escalations and lead problem management and RCA efforts.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote architectural best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering and architecture.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Active Directory.
• Expertise in VMware vSphere/ESXi.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL 7/8/9.
• Experience using Terraform and Jenkins for infrastructure as code and CI/CD automation.
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale OS upgrades, data center migrations, and Go-Live events.
• Solid understanding of regional network architectures, WAN/LAN design, and site-to-site connectivity.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Proven ability to conduct dependency mapping and lead complex infrastructure transitions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring engineering teams and promoting architectural best practices.
• Background in large-scale data center migrations.
