Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and operational stability.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational reports.
• Support Azure environment configuration, maintenance, and administration.
• Coordinate operational activities with internal and offshore teams.
• Assist with administrative processes and ensure smooth infrastructure operations.

Experience Required:

• 8-12 years of experience in Azure and System Administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud administration.
• Hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Experience in administrative or back-office support is an added advantage.
