Description

You will design, implement, and manage core IT infrastructure and cloud services, serving as the primary contact for Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new infrastructure solutions while supporting daily operations.
• Configure and maintain Azure services, including Active Directory management.
• Manage Exchange Online, handling mailbox administration, distribution groups, and transport rules.
• Troubleshoot M365 components such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents and recommend infrastructure optimizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in server infrastructure design.
• Expertise in Windows Server configuration (2016/2019/2022) and Azure deployments.
• Deep knowledge of Azure and Active Directory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and service troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Identity and Access Management and authentication issues.
• Ability to implement and manage data governance policies and compliance controls.
• Experience with DNS records management (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with core M365 components.
