Roles & Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Manage DNS and DHCP services to ensure reliable network operations.
• Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and directory service issues.
• Configure and support Active Sync for directory-integrated environments.
• Monitor and maintain Active Directory health, performance, and security.
• Support Azure AD integrations and identity management services.
• Resolve production issues and provide operational support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure secure and reliable identity services.

Experience Required:

• 7-9 years of experience in Active Directory administration and support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience troubleshooting authentication, replication, and directory service issues.
• Knowledge of Active Sync and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
