Description

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure services delivery and operations, focusing on IAM transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage global delivery teams of at least 200 people across multiple locations.
• Own P/L management and budgeting for a multi-million dollar US business portfolio.
• Drive IAM project opportunities, architecture solutions, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery excellence through automation, continuous improvement, and internal compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and qualify business expansion opportunities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of IAM technology landscapes and tools.
• Experience with SOWs, contract review, documentation, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technical and delivery teams.
• Expertise in SLA parameters and ACSAT score management.
• Ability to manage financial parameters including gross margin targets and billing.
• Experience with contractual obligations and compliance.
• Strong background in governance and dashboard-based reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in grooming teams specifically for IAM tool implementation.
