Description

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure services delivery and operations, focusing on IAM transformation initiatives.

Manage global delivery teams of at least 200 people across multiple locations. Own P/L management and budgeting for a multi-million dollar US business portfolio. Drive IAM project opportunities, architecture solutions, and transformation initiatives. Oversee delivery excellence through automation, continuous improvement, and internal compliance. Manage customer relationships and qualify business expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery teams of 200+ people across multiple locations.
• Own P/L management, budgeting, and financial parameters including gross margin targets and billing.
• Drive IAM project opportunities, architecture solutions, and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee delivery excellence through automation, continuous improvement, and internal compliance.
• Manage customer relationships and qualify business expansion opportunities.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of IAM technology landscapes and tools.
• Experience with SOWs, contract review, documentation, and negotiation.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technical and delivery teams.
• Expertise in SLA parameters and ACSAT score management.
• Experience with contractual obligations and compliance.
• Strong background in governance and dashboard-based reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in grooming teams specifically for IAM tool implementation.
