Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity projects within a cell therapy manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital modernization, lifecycle management, and cyber hardening projects.
• Execute disaster recovery, high availability, and onsite application recovery exercises.
• Coordinate cyber resilience initiatives with enterprise architecture, IT operations, and security teams.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and remediation requirements at a moment's notice.
• Maintain manufacturing IT architecture, infrastructure documentation, and asset inventory data quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or IT security.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Windows Domains, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience patching operating systems, applications, and performing firmware upgrades.
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity tools, and network security/connectivity.
• Practical understanding of backup, recovery, and cybersecurity response concepts.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects in matrix environments.
• Technical writing skills for maintaining architecture and process documentation.
• Understanding of computer system validation and GMP regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
