Description

You will manage IT infrastructure and lifecycle management projects to support cell therapy manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute digital modernization and lifecycle management projects within manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain manufacturing IT architecture, infrastructure, and technical documentation.
  • Participate in risk assessment activities to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the digital plant.
  • Ensure site compliance with enterprise cybersecurity guidelines and support recovery verification exercises.
  • Manage local IT asset inventory data quality and provide status reports on resilience deliverables.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Windows Domains, and Active Directory.
  • Proficiency in Group Policy management and patching operating systems and applications.
  • Experience managing Acronis backup and ThinManager.
  • Knowledge of data center operations, network connectivity, and network security.
  • Experience supporting Windows PCs, Thin Clients, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Understanding of GMP requirements and computer system validation.
  • Ability to perform live troubleshooting and respond to urgent requests on an on-call basis.
  • Basic project management, technical writing, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
