You will manage IT infrastructure and lifecycle management projects to support cell therapy manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital modernization and lifecycle management projects within manufacturing environments.
- Maintain manufacturing IT architecture, infrastructure, and technical documentation.
- Participate in risk assessment activities to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the digital plant.
- Ensure site compliance with enterprise cybersecurity guidelines and support recovery verification exercises.
- Manage local IT asset inventory data quality and provide status reports on resilience deliverables.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure and applications.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Windows Domains, and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Group Policy management and patching operating systems and applications.
- Experience managing Acronis backup and ThinManager.
- Knowledge of data center operations, network connectivity, and network security.
- Experience supporting Windows PCs, Thin Clients, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Understanding of GMP requirements and computer system validation.
- Ability to perform live troubleshooting and respond to urgent requests on an on-call basis.
- Basic project management, technical writing, and documentation skills.

- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
