Description

You will manage core IT infrastructure, supervise staff, and support digitalization projects while overseeing the annual IT budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise IT staff to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage the annual IT department budget for cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and support IT systems and network security controls.
• Execute documentation, administration, and reporting tasks for system compliance.
• Lead small to medium IT infrastructure projects and resolve user IT issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure functions.
• Proficiency in networking and operating systems administration.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud computing platforms.
• Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
• Expertise in cybersecurity practices and risk management.
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization skills.
• Ability to perform data analysis to support infrastructure decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IS/IT from a reputable university.
