Description

You will manage and maintain mail routing and delivery systems while ensuring infrastructure compliance in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage application mail routing and delivery protocols including SPF, MX, and DKIM.
• Implement infrastructure changes to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Application Development, QA, and Business teams to define infrastructure requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress through completion.
• Maintain design, build, and standard operating procedure documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Deep understanding of SMTP and mail delivery mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Gateway.
• Proficiency with Exchange and Exchange Online.
• Experience managing SPF, MX, and DKIM records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Technical writing and documentation experience.
• Experience using Splunk for searching, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience with PowerBI.
