Description

You will lead the architecture, engineering, and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services and Entra ID.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage identity lifecycle processes, authentication models, and role-based access frameworks.
• Implement security and compliance configurations, including Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, and data protection controls.
• Optimize the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite to ensure performance, reliability, and secure adoption at scale.
• Develop technical documentation and governance models for identity and access management.
• Support global cloud-first transformation projects and contribute to enterprise infrastructure strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MFA.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for platform management.
• Proven experience with identity and access management and cloud security.
• Strong background in operational support and platform optimization.
• Experience implementing security and compliance controls.
• Skilled in incident management and technical problem-solving.
• Ability to design and maintain governance models.
