Description

You will manage data center operations, server maintenance, and network infrastructure. You own the stability of on-prem and cloud services, ensuring secure access and efficient resource provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize data center operations, including physical server maintenance and upgrades.
• Administer Windows on-prem and cloud services: Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Exchange.
• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks using routing, OSPF, subnetting, and VPN technologies.
• Provision and manage virtual machines, networking, and storage within VMware vSphere 7.
• Secure cloud access and execute migrations using Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, and Global Protect VPN.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data center operations support.
• CCNA, MCSE, or VCP certification required.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, vSphere, and VMware ESX Server.
• Proficiency with Azure, Office 365, and Exchange.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, and network infrastructures.
• Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access, and Global Protect VPN.
• Ability to program VLANs, ACLs, and routing on Cisco Meraki, Dell, and Brocade hardware.
• Physical ability to lift and move data center components such as servers and switches.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends for projects and mission-critical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a biopharmaceutical company.
