Description

You will secure and manage business-critical production infrastructure and Windows environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create technical governance documentation, including Low Level Designs and security-focused technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Secure Configuration Baselines for Windows environments.
• Manage application and infrastructure migrations.
• Own problem management to prevent SLA breaches under Incident and Problem Management processes.
• Contribute to IT processes and procedures to enhance service transition and operation lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) and Windows 11.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services and Active Directory Certificate Services.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation.
• Experience managing VMware environments including ESXi and vCentre.
• Deep understanding of cryptography and IIS.
• Ability to design systems to meet security principles, compliance, and zero-finding penetration test standards.
• Experience working in networks heavily segregated by firewalls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working knowledge and experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Windows running in AWS.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and M365 Security Controls.
• AWS, Citrix, Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware certifications.
