Description

You own the entire IT infrastructure strategy and operational execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement IT infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Manage data centers, cloud infrastructure, servers, storage, and disaster recovery systems.
• Ensure secure connectivity across all sites by overseeing firewalls, routers, and VPNs.
• Manage infrastructure supporting SAP ERP and coordinate performance tuning with BASIS teams.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure, network, and support teams while driving automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Expertise in networking, including LAN/WAN, VPN, and Firewalls (Cisco experience required).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with SAP infrastructure requirements and system integration.
• Experience managing backup, storage, and DR solutions.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools and endpoint management (MDM, SCCM).

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability in vendor management, contract negotiation, and IT asset lifecycle management.
