Description

You will own the end-to-end infrastructure strategy, planning, implementation, and maintenance across data centers, cloud environments, and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee server, storage, virtualization, and backup operations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Manage infrastructure security controls, patching, monitoring, and compliance with corporate standards.
• Evaluate and enhance system reliability, capacity, performance, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Lead infrastructure design and architecture reviews for new and existing systems.
• Drive automation efforts to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering and operations leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies, server management (Windows, Linux), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Expertise in disaster recovery, system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Solid understanding of security standards, firewalls, identity management, and network routing (CCNA).
• Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Proven leadership experience managing infrastructure teams and large-scale environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
