Description

You will own the enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across servers, networks, and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and internet connectivity services.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure engineers and manage vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network administration.
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, network, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments and support operations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and monitor infrastructure KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Experience leading infrastructure-related projects, including migrations and modernization.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), VMware (VCP), or Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, and IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and infrastructure governance practices.
