Description

Manage large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects across IT, Finance, and Security domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through the full lifecycle to meet cost, schedule, and scope commitments.
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, funding limits, milestones, and task scheduling.
• Oversee work-stream managers and maintain dotted-line responsibility for technical resources.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Assess risks and issues proactively, developing and executing mitigation plans.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of project management experience within a large multi-unit organization.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience managing global teams, project managers, or application leads.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects spanning IT, Finance, and Security.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile.
• Strong ability to manage virtual and remote teams.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate in environments without direct resource control.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and mitigate potential risk scenarios.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
