Key Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and cloud migration projects including discovery, planning, execution, cutover, stabilization, and closure.
• Manage on-prem to cloud migration initiatives, including servers, applications, databases, identity, and end-user services.
• Manage the network related projects end to end and lead the long deployment meetings.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive dashboards, and steering committee updates.
Cloud Migration
• Manage migration projects involving Azure, AWS, or GCP, including hybrid and multi-cloud models.
• Oversee workloads such as:
o Server & application migrations
o M365 / Exchange / SharePoint / Teams migrations
• Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, rollback strategies, and post-migration support.
Other key Responsibilities
• Act as the single point of accountability for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Translate technical risks and dependencies into business-impact language for leadership and clients.
• Manage client expectations, change requests, scope adjustments, and escalations effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to data loss, downtime, security, and performance.
• Lead lessons learned, post-implementation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Project Management
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager
• Proven experience leading cloud migration projects as a Project Manager (not only coordination support)
• Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
