Manage large-scale IT infrastructure and healthcare technology initiatives, ensuring delivery within complex, regulated environments. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects involving EHR systems, clinical applications, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid methodologies to manage the full project lifecycle.
• Oversee third-party vendor performance and coordinate external team deliverables.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to manage competing priorities and ensure measurable results.
• Drive initiatives across cybersecurity, networking, data analytics, and end-user computing domains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including 8+ years in healthcare IT or regulated industries.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent project management platforms.
• Strong technical acumen in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
