Description

You will manage the deployment of retail kiosks and oversee hardware and software installation initiatives across the Cincinnati region with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers to facilitate kiosk deployments across retail stores.
• Oversee software and hardware installations and integrations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to integrate software into client systems.
• Manage communications and documentation between technical, product, business, and vendor teams.

Required Skills

• Experience managing software and hardware installations.
• Proven track record of third-party vendor management.
• Experience working within the retail domain.
• Background in compliance and finance environments.
• Ability to lead and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong technical documentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in hybrid environments requiring occasional travel outside the Cincinnati region.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CAPM certification, or currently working toward certification.
