You will manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure, application, and SaaS projects from conception through to closure.
Responsibilities
Own the planning, design, execution, and monitoring of multiple concurrent IT projects to ensure alignment with the IT roadmap.
Manage project financials, including developing budget estimates, tracking actuals, and providing biweekly or monthly forecasts.
Lead technical requirements gathering sessions to produce deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, and test plans.
Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams through regular meetings, managing resource conflicts, and tracking action items.
Drive project documentation including scope statements, project charters, work breakdown structures, risk logs, and status reports.
Required Skills
Minimum 10 years of technical project management experience.
Proven track record managing infrastructure, Cisco Call Manager, Citrix, and Active Directory projects.
Experience managing HRIS implementations or consolidations involving Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS OneNote for scheduling and documentation.
Direct experience with vendor management and budget oversight.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, and Agile frameworks.
Expertise in Project/Portfolio Management and Budget Management.
Ability to manage complex project documentation including WBS and risk/issue logs.
Experience using ServiceNow for project and service tracking.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP or other large ERP implementations.
