Description

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
• Assess project requirements to recommend economically feasible IT components and system upgrades.
• Monitor project KPIs and critical paths to identify and mitigate risks before they impact delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with department managers to assess infrastructure needs.
• Supervise IT staff, consultants, and vendors while formulating policies for optimal resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with complex infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in building critical paths and managing project lifecycles.
• Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and industry trends.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, WebSphere, DataPower, LDAP, PowerCenter, and Power Exchange.
• Proven ability to manage project transitions and acceptance phases.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cisco Infrastructure products, ISIM/ISAM, Sailpoint IIQ, or CA Workload Automation.
• Experience with Corticon Rules Engine.
