Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex IT infrastructure projects while facilitating Agile methodologies as a certified Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects involving networks, servers, cloud migrations, data centers, and security implementations.
• Manage project scope, budgets, resource allocation, and procurement while mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, remove blockers, and track metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts.
• Coordinate between internal technical teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is required.
• Proven experience managing projects within public transport or government organizations.
• Strong knowledge of network systems, virtualization, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and data centers.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.

Preferred Skills

• PMI or PRINCE2 certification.
