Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure projects across approximately 130 locations.
• Coordinate office relocations, site openings, consolidations, and closures from an IT infrastructure perspective.
• Manage vendors responsible for telecommunications, structured cabling, wiring, asset recovery, and deployment services.
• Oversee site readiness, scheduling, project timelines, and overall execution.
• Coordinate technical teams while serving as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Drive change management initiatives, including lifecycle transitions, Desktop-as-a-Service programs, leasing models, vendor onboarding, and SOP development.
• Support infrastructure aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integrations.

Required Experience:

• 10-15+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Strong background managing IT infrastructure projects (not software development PMs).
• Experience with office relocations, moves, closures, and real estate infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating network infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, site deployments, and vendor management.
• Infrastructure M&A, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration experience.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across a large enterprise environment.

Preferred:

• VMware environment familiarity.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• PMP certification is a plus but not required
