Description

Manage IT infrastructure projects across approximately 130 locations, including office relocations, site openings, consolidations, and closures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical teams and serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Drive change management initiatives, including lifecycle transitions, Desktop-as-a-Service programs, leasing models, and SOP development.
• Support infrastructure aspects of acquisitions, divestitures, and post-merger integrations.
• Oversee site readiness, scheduling, project timelines, and overall execution.
• Manage vendors for telecommunications, structured cabling, wiring, asset recovery, and deployment services.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Infrastructure Project Management experience, specifically managing IT infrastructure projects (not software development).
• Proven experience with office relocations, moves, closures, and real estate infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in coordinating network infrastructure, structured cabling, telecommunications, site deployments, and vendor management.
• Experience with infrastructure M&A, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across a large enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• VMware environment familiarity.
• Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• PMP certification.
