Description

You manage IT infrastructure requests, change management processes, and service delivery workflows to meet customer technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer schedules and technical requirements to fulfill infrastructure requests.
• Initiate IT Change Management requests and assign predefined service delivery workflows.
• Coordinate with service delivery teams to resolve barriers and meet asset delivery commitments.
• Validate as-built documentation against specifications and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage customer expectations through regular status updates, metrics, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery or change management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies.
• Working knowledge of IT service management frameworks, preferably ITIL.
• Foundational understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to follow documented processes meticulously with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira work tracking.
• Direct IT project management experience.
