Description

Lead the delivery of IT infrastructure services and manage large US-based programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud and datacenter services, including migration, management, and optimization.
• Oversee network design, implementation, security services, and end-user device management.
• Own program delivery, including customer relationships, contract and SLA management, and P&L management.
• Develop and execute project plans to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
• Monitor and improve service delivery processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery, ideally in a managed services environment.
• Deep technical understanding of cloud, datacenter, and networking technologies.
• Proven expertise in security services, including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Experience managing and leading both onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong background in project management and budget oversight.
• Direct experience with contract and SLA management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the ITIL framework.
